How controlled cooling can improve bakery quality, shelf life and efficiency

With bakery quality, waste reduction and shelf-life performance under increasing scrutiny, EPP explains how engineered cooling systems can help manufacturers achieve more consistent products before packaging.

Controlled cooling is no longer simply a post-bake handling stage and is a critical factor in improving quality and production efficiency, whilst also reducing avoidable waste.
