Main Features

With the Artisan SFC you can produce high quality artisan rolls. The dough sheeting machine impresses with its compact design and extremely gentle dough processing for doughs with a high dough yield. You can operate the dough sheeting line quickly and easily with the pre-installed standard programs. Shape your dough sheet with additional stamping tools into triangular or diamond-shaped rolls.

For higher product variety: Add a seeding unit to the Artisan SFC dough sheeting machine.

The stamping unit ensures that you can easily insert the stamping and decorating devices – without any additional tools. The basic machine is delivered without stamping tools. A guillotine knife for a straight cut is included.

You can easily and conveniently load the Artisan SFC dough sheeting machine. with one or more dough boxes. The width of the dough container is adapted to the infeed conveyor of the machine. The container is easy to clean and is made of food-safe plastic.
