Keep Refrigeration Systems Clean to Support Performance with EPP’s New Maintenance Solution

EPP is expanding its maintenance offering with a new refrigeration cleaning product designed to help engineers and facilities teams support cleaner systems to eradicate black mould build up, for more effective servicing and dependable day-to-day performance.

When it comes to refrigeration maintenance in a bakery, regular cleaning is one of the simplest ways to help support system performance, hygiene and long-term reliability. Dust, dirt, black mould and residue can build up over time, making routine servicing more difficult and potentially affecting how efficiently systems operate. For maintenance teams looking to keep equipment in good condition, using the right cleaning products as part of a planned maintenance programme can make a meaningful difference.

To support this, European Process Plant Ltd (EPP) has introduced a new refrigeration cleaning solution for the condenser evaporator coil fins for customers in the UK and Ireland. The product has been added to EPP’s growing maintenance offering to give engineers and facilities professionals access to a practical cleaning liquid agent that can be used as part of regular servicing routines.

“We want to make refrigeration maintenance easier for our customers, and this new product is a practical addition to our range that supports the regular cleaning of refrigerator condenser and evaporator coil fins as part of planned servicing,” said Steve Merritt, Managing Director of EPP.

Among the key benefits of EPP’s new refrigeration maintenance solution for bakeries, is its long-lasting protection for the build of black mould for up to six months. Furthermore, the solution requires minimal effort as is designed to be easy to apply with no disruption to normal operations. It also offers valuable time and cost savings, providing engineers and facilities teams a practical way to support cleaner systems and help create a cleaner environment as part of ongoing maintenance.

Steve further commented, “As a maintenance tip of the month, we recommend reviewing cleaning procedures as part of any refrigeration servicing plan. Ensuring the correct product is used, following handling guidance carefully and making sure appropriate protective equipment is worn are all important steps in supporting effective maintenance. Like all maintenance chemicals, cleaning agents should be stored, handled and used in accordance with site procedures and product instructions.”

With this latest addition, EPP continues to strengthen its support for customers looking for dependable bakery and refrigeration maintenance solutions that help keep bakery systems clean, well maintained and operating effectively.
