GEA Bakery Experience Centre – Biscuits
A test centre dedicated to biscuits, crackers and snack production complete with a range of product forming technologies combined with different baking ovens based in the Imaforni facility in Italy.
The centre team are there to help you improve existing processes for established recipes, and to develop processes for new recipes and bakery concepts. Recipes and processes are tested on a range of GEA bakery equipment and technologies, to devise the most efficient, cost-effective and sustainable process for the highest quality product
Whether it is deposited, extruded, wire cut, sheeted or rotary moulded the team provide the opportunity to develop your proposal and give you confidence in the proposed solution.
